We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Brazil.

The successful candidate will provide technical support for our Electric Vehicle (EV) charging solutions, ensuring efficient operation and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities1. Provide technical support to customers before and after sales, diagnosing and resolving issues related to EV charging systems.2. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot EV charging equipment as needed.3. Train customers on the use and maintenance of the EV charging systems.4. Collaborate with the international team to address complex technical issues.5. Stay updated with the latest developments in EV charging technology and regulations.6. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and local regulations.7. Provide feedback to the product development team to improve the product based on customer feedback and field experience.
Qualifications1. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.2. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with EV charging systems.3. Fluency in English and Portuguese.4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.5. Excellent customer service and communication skills.6. Knowledge of local regulations related to EV charging systems.7. Willingness to travel as needed.
