- The system administrator will serve as the primary service owner for AuditBoard and Archer Evolv (Compliance.AI). This role bridges business process and technical configuration ensuring GRC platforms are not only stable but continuously evolving to meet organizational complexity.
- You will operate in a build-and-run model leading new configurations while also owning day-to-day system administration user access vendor management.
- This includes managing role-based access control user permissions access governance to ensure appropriate data visibility translating ambiguous or evolving requirements into clear actionable solutions acting as an advisor on platform capabilities best practices serving as the technical point of contact managing relationships support tickets escalations feature advocacy driving projects from requirements gathering through testing deployment user enablement maintaining documentation development of guides training materials release notes.
