Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer baseManage and oversee the subsidiary's operations, ensuring compliance with both local regulations and company policiesLead the local team to achieve operational excellence and high levels of customer serviceBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored logistics solutionsOversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure the subsidiary's profitabilityMonitor and analyze the Brazilian market trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challengesEnsure compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations related to freight forwarding and logisticsAdditional points for evaluation: Strong understanding of the Brazilian and international freight forwarding market, regulations, and customs proceduresCustoms broker working experience is a plusFluency in English is requiredPosition will be based in São Paulo
