Job mission:

Support GWM Validation team as test drivers to validate our hybrid and electric vehicles for Brazilian market, following validation plans developed by engineering team, while reporting issues that eventually occur during mileage accumulation.

Main responsibilities:

Drive prototype vehicles during validation trips and routes in the country;

Instrument vehicles with data collection equipment when necessary, and collect data as requested;

Perform test procedures - read and consult technical literature as needed.

Support for validation, calibration and vehicle evaluation trips;

Document technical test procedures and results;

Preparation and maintenance of vehicles for internal and external demands (mechanical, electrical and software updates);

Suggest procedure improvements for safety and technical operation;

Education Grade:

Technical degree in electric, mechanic or related fields, recognized by official education system.

Professional experience:

More than 2 years experience in automotive segment, mainly on evaluating vehicle in plants/proving grounds or external routes.

Technical competences:

Team work player and good communication skills;

Good knowledge on vehicle maintenance and diagnostic;

Sense of urgency;

Familiar measurement equipment;

Availability for trips.

Specific responsibilities:

Hybrid and Electric vehicles training is a plus;

CNH type B is mandatory. CNH type D is a plus;

Advanced English;

Basic knowledge in Office pack.
