As Paid Search Manager, you must be capable of planning and managing strategies for marketplace platforms.
Developing a team that is self-manageable, you will also be responsible for lead the team supporting prioritization, technical guidance, even as hiring and providing development; This Paid Search Manager needs to have a senior understanding of online advertising, strategy and advanced knowledge of how platforms work and their best practices.
You will also be responsible to attend internal customers like the Account Management team, even as further Macarta's business areas, seeking insights and adding value to the business.
This position requires an elevation of distinctness of objectives for visualization, interpretation and quick decision making according to the data presented and customer needings.
Lastly, being able to create assertive campaigns that bring even more results to our clients.The expected person must have a strong understanding of online advertising, strategy and advanced knowledge of how platforms work and guiding best practices.
Moreover, this position requires an awareness of objectives for visualization, critical interpretation and quick decision making according to insights presented.
Main Activities:
Ensure Paid Search team strategy is being accomplished, anticipating opportunities and providing guidelines; Team management: lead the team supporting prioritization, technical guidance, even as hiring and providing development; Implement assertive analysis and develop actionable insights based on trends, historical results and disseminate knowledge within Paid Search team and internal customers; Strengthen relationships with internal customers like Account Manager and Content team, diagnosing opportunities and providing solutions throughout insights collected; Seeking for important paid search terms of campaigns taking consideration SEO content and collaborating with pair teams like DSP; Strategy developer for clients in various sources of marketplaces; Data analysis using BI tools, Intentwise and Amazon reports; Training and developing internal stakeholders aiming best understanding of campaign strategy and amplifying knowledge; Data-driven decision-making quickly and accurately.
What we're expecting for this position:
Mandatory:
Have completed or in progress of Advertising degree or related fields; Excellent presentation, organizational, and relationship-building skills; Analytical skills capable to identify and anticipate for opportunities, increasing customer profitability; Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing; Capable to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including account managers, creative teams and data analysts; Strong problem-solving skills and capable to adapt to changing campaign requirements and client needs; English proficiency to discuss, write and carry out presentations; Demonstrated experience managing teams in paid search and/or performance teams; Understanding of Paid Search and SEO performance metrics; Experience with Google Ads and Google Shopping
Desirable:
Spanish language skills are a plus; Advanced Excel/Sheets skills; Previous experience with Marketplace campaigns; Experience with audience segmentation, targeting, and data-driven campaign optimization.
