Company DescriptionWP Capital is an independent financial advisory boutique specialized in Investment Banking and Capital Solutions.
We operate across three core fronts:
(1) Financial advisory, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital raising through equity or debt; (2) Fund services, providing advisory support to Venture Capital and Private Equity managers in fundraising processes and strategic decision-making; and (3) Portfolio management and innovation, advising corporates and family offices on capital allocation to alternative assets, with a strong emphasis on technology and innovation.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Analyst in Investment Banking, located in São Paulo, SP, with some work-from-home flexibility.
The Analyst will be responsible for performing financial modeling, conducting due diligence, and supporting the execution of investment banking transactions.
Tasks include market research, valuation analysis, preparing financial reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making for clients.The Analyst will collaborate closely with senior professionals, contributing to mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial advisory projects.
QualificationsStrong Financial Modeling skills and proficiency in valuation techniques
Highly developed Analytical Skills and the ability to manage data effectively
Experience with Due Diligence processes and understanding of financial documentation
Knowledge and expertise in Finance and Investment Banking principles
Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

hybrid, with in-person meetings (team and/or clients) in the Itaim Bibi area, São Paulo;
