Our opportunity

We are looking for our new Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our collections team, which is responsible for managing the financial relationship with our customers. Maersk's collection team has well-defined processes that guarantee excellent results for the company and its stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out performance appraisals and providing feedback

Analyzing reports to assess team productivity

Ensuring the well-being of the team through an environment with a balance between respect and results

Managing the collection process to ensure excellent results

Coordinating improvement processes with stakeholders

Delivering solutions that facilitate customer payments

Monitoring results and creating action plans for continuous improvement

We are looking for:

Leadership experience

Technical skills: advanced excel and office package. Knowledge of SAP is desirable

Training / Education: higher education

Languages: Advanced English and fluent Spanish

Soft Skills: Good analytical skills, focused on results and good interpersonal relationships.
