    Proactively support internal and external customer by independently handling all assigned administrative duties and taking direction from and balancing the needs of multiple staff members.
    • Provide general office administrative services support for the team.
    • Responsible for creating a support network for the outside sales team by closely partnering with them to perform any non selling activities such as entering quotes, tracking orders, prioritizing shipments, monitoring supply etc.
    • Support purchasing process for Service team requests (Calibration and office demands)
    • Manage and process the orders in multiple systems, ensuring all compliance requirements are completed.
    • Manage sales orders to ensure service items are delivered on time in order to support customer requests.
    • Responds to customer requests and order related inquiries, and addresses customer satisfaction issues
    • Send for billing team list of sales orders to be invoiced in each week based on Zone requirements.
    • Support the FSE open the work orders/service requests on the system and dispatched.
    • Support FE Manager to keep optimal stocking levels according to existing SLAs to assure OTD.
    • Communicate estimated dates with Service team to drive revenue generating activities and service coordination.
    • Proactively update the install base on the Service Max system with the support of service sales team.
