    Job Title: Outreach Specialist / Appointment Setter

    About This Opportunity:


    Our organization is seeking a skilled Outreach Specialist to join our sales team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for establishing new connections and booking qualified meetings with key decision-makers.



    • Meeting Generation: Your primary performance metric is the number of qualified meetings booked per week and month.
    • Omnichannel Outreach: Execute campaigns using Cold Calling, Email, and LinkedIn. You have the autonomy to use the channels that yield the best results.
    • Metric Tracking: Meticulously track your daily activity (volume of outreach) and success rates (meetings booked).
    • Pipeline Management: Ensure no lead falls through the cracks; manage follow-ups religiously until a "No" or a "Yes" is achieved.



    To succeed in this role, you must possess:

    The following skills: 
    - 2-3 years of experience in outreach, appointment setting, or SDR roles. 
    - Proven Track Record: Must be able to demonstrate historical success rates from previous roles. 
    - Tool Agnostic Experience with any standard outreach tools accepted—e.g., Apollo, Lemlist, Sales Navigator, or RingCentral—and High Availability willingness to work 40 hours/week are preferred.
