Senior Operations Data Analyst 100% Remote (Brazil-Based) | US-Based Company | Paid in USD/hour

We are hiring for a leading US-based luxury resale and eCommerce company transforming how high-end fashion is bought and sold globally.

We are looking for a Senior Operations Data Analyst with a strong analytics mindset, solid SQL expertise, and proven experience working closely with business teams. This is a high-impact role focused on operational performance, business clarity, and strategic decision-making.

About the Role

You will deliver quantitative insights to support our Operations organization, partnering closely with teams across:

Inventory
Logistics
Retail
Customer Service
Tech & Finance

This is a business-focused analytics role, not pure research or advanced modeling. The day-to-day work includes:

Explaining performance changes ("why did this move?")
Turning open-ended business questions into structured analysis
Designing and defining KPIs
Measuring operational efficiency across receiving, authentication, launch, and outbound workflows
Translating business needs into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

3+ years of analytics experience
Strong intermediate-to-advanced SQL skills (analyst-level proficiency required)
3+ years of experience with BI tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
Proven ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
Experience leading time-sensitive strategic projects (methodology, analysis, recommendations, executive presentation)
Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications
eCommerce or logistics industry experience
Experience working directly with operations teams
