    Operational Risk Controller Specialist

    We're seeking an experienced Operational Risk Controller Specialist to provide independent oversight on operational risk to the First Line of Defense's activities.

    The role involves reviewing, evaluating the profile and challenging Non-Financial Risk Events and issues, as well as the Risk Control Self Assessments in relation to LatAm areas.

    You'll work with Business Divisions and Group Functions, providing consultation and risk framework expertise across multiple dimensions.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Provide independent oversight on operational risk to the First Line of Defense's activities.
    • Review, evaluate the profile and challenge the Non-Financial Risk Events and issues, as well as the Risk Control Self Assessments in relation to LatAm areas.
    • Provide consultation and risk framework expertise to the Business Divisions and Group Functions.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of relevant operational risk management experience.
    • Solid understanding of processes, risks, controls, and systems relevant to risk control.
    • Knowledge of financial services and products, cross-border considerations, and legal and regulatory expectations.
    • PQO Compliance certification.
