- Habilidade para comunicar e colaborar com públicos técnicos e não técnicos.
- Iniciativa, mentalidade empreendedora e desejo de expandir o negócio.
- Excelente comunicação escrita.
- Fluência nativa ou profissional em inglês e português.
- Disponibilidade para viajar.
- Conhecimento de energias renováveis e tecnologias de energia flexível (ex.: baterias).
- Familiaridade com o mercado de energia brasileiro.
- Sucesso em posições de contato com o cliente.
- Competência em análise de dados avançada (ex.: Python, Excel Avançado).
- Mestrado ou doutorado relevante.
