About this Role
We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Service Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing aftersales support to customers in Brazil.
The ideal candidate should have excellent technical knowledge of PV inverters and experience working with distributed generation systems. He/she should also have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including intermediate Chinese language proficiency.
In addition to these requirements, the successful candidate must possess basic knowledge of electrical circuits, sizing PV arrangements, protection circuits, and interpreting electrical diagrams. A degree in electricity or photovoltaics is highly preferred.
The job involves remote support services via phone line,email or face-to-face interactions where necessary.
