- Create and maintain NLP models, and train them using large datasets

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and chatbot technologies
- Contribute to the development of Xenon's chatbot and NLP capabilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software and/or data engineering
- 3+ years of experience developing chatbot solutions using NLP techniques
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java
- Experience with NLP libraries and frameworks such as NLTK, Spacy, or Transformers
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques used in NLP
- Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Experience with chatbot platforms and frameworks such as Dialogflow or Rasa
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Familiarity with software development practices and version control systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
