- You hold a University Degree in a relevant field. Advanced and/or Master's Degree is preferred.
- A proven track record and experience in high complexity and big projects for industries and manufacturing.
- People leadership skills and background, leading wide teams.
- Proficiency in both English and Portuguese.
- Preferably You are certified in Project Management such as PMP, PMO, or others.
- Experience in a Pharmaceutical Industry will be considered an advantage.
