    Role Spotlight: HR Business Partner
    We're on the lookout for a dynamic HR Business Partner to roll out HR strategies that align with our business goals, propelling us forward.

    Your Impact

    • Forge strong partnerships across business units to pinpoint HR priorities that support our objectives.

    • Drive the implementation and enhancement of HR initiatives, including performance management, compensation, employee development, and diversity, contributing actively to diversity committees.

    • Work alongside the Talent Acquisition team and hiring to identify and onboard top talent, facilitating manager interview training and participating in interview panels.

    • Spearhead BU-specific projects to boost employee engagement, through initiatives like mentorship programs.

    • Screen resumes and applications and interview applicants.

    • May counsel employees concerning work-related problems and conduct termination interviews, providing feedback to management when necessary.

    • Supports company's diversity initiatives and affirmative action reporting requirements.

    • Writes position descriptions, conducts research, and analyzes data on assigned projects. May assist in the formulation of compensation objectives, manpower goals, performance management, personnel policies, and procedures.

    • Ensure a positive work environment by addressing employee relations issues, retaining top talent, and promoting open dialogue across all levels.

    • Utilize key metrics to uncover trends and opportunities, crafting and executing strategic solutions.

    • Champion open communication, valuing diverse viewpoints by encouraging healthy debate and considering alternative perspectives.

    • Collaborate across HR to draw on expertise, systems, and processes that support our business needs.

    What We're Looking For


    • A Bachelor's degree with HR experience.

    • Advanced English spoken skills are mandatory.

    • A solid grasp of effective HR principles and practices.

    • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a global, matrixed environment.
