Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Analyst to join our team at Airbus. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tax documents and records, providing technical tax advice, and ensuring compliance with tax legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and analyze tax documents and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax legislation.
• Provide technical tax advice to internal clients on tax legislation in less complex cases.
• Issue tax documents when automatic scenarios are not developed by the company's operating system.
• Analyze Entry, Exit, and Calculation Books to reconcile them with accounting positions generated in the company's corporate system.
• Generate tax slips for main and ancillary obligations to be paid or cleared in accordance with current legislation and legal deadlines.
• Support internal and external inspectors and auditors by providing requested information and books.
• Participate in company projects to guarantee compliance with updates to legal tax requirements.
• Support and train junior tax analysts, tax assistants, and employees in operational sectors.
• Identify opportunities for improvement or innovation in their sector and contribute to technological research activities.

Requirements:

• Full university degree in Accounting, Administration, or related areas.
• Solid experience in the position is required.
• Knowledge of tax and customs legislation is essential.
• Previous experience with SAP (FI and MM and SD) is desirable.
• Problem-solving skills and good written and verbal communication are necessary.
• Basic English language proficiency is required.
