OBJETIVO:
P rincipal responsável financeira pelo P&L de Hemmer, atuando como ponto focal para o time Marketing/Categoria.

O escopo demandará:

habilidade de coordenação de projetos multifuncionais, visão 360o conectando o todo, organização e proatividade, atitude "hands on" e mindset de melhoria contínua.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:
Acompanhar a performance financeira, mapeando riscos e buscando oportunidades que alavanquem a rentabilidade da marca seja na perspectiva de categorias ou canais;
Suportar o desenvolvimento de novos produtos, garantindo acuracidade e a aderência de premissas e estratégia;
Acompanhar e atuar como PMO financeiro dos principais projetos associados a expansão da marca;
Definir estratégia de precificação de produtos, balanceando market share e rentabilidade;
Garantir assertividade nos ciclos de planejamento financeiro (AOP e ciclos de revisão mensais);


REQUISITOS:
Necessário Ensino Superior completo;
Necessário inglês avançado;
Necessário c onhecimento Avançado Pacote Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Visio);
Necessário conhecimento Avançado sobre Estrutura de P&L, Balanço, Matemática Financeira e avaliação de projetos (NPV, payback e TIR);
Desejável conhecimento Intermediário de Contabilidade;
Desejável conhecimento Intermediário Princípios Tributários;
