 Description

• As a seasoned technical leader, you will oversee the architectural decisions and standards for designing, building, and maintaining our data platform and data-driven systems. This role involves leading complex initiatives end to end with no direct people management responsibility.
• You will be responsible for creating production-ready code in TypeScript (AWS Lambda, CDK) to support data and backend workflows.
• A key focus area is making scalable design decisions for our pipelines using AWS services such as Aurora, Snowflake & DynamoDB.

  We are seeking an experienced Principal Data Engineer who can own complex projects from start to finish without direct supervision.

  

• The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering or related roles preferably working on cloud-based platforms like AWS.


• This individual must possess strong knowledge of AWS services especially Lambda & CDK along with expertise in writing production-grade TypeScript code. 


• Strong proficiency in database technologies particularly Snowflake & relational databases is also essential,
  
• This role requires experience building scalable data pipelines leveraging various cloud environments
