You should be able to translate our company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications.

Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of guiding and mentoring front-end development teams.
Expertise in software architecture with a strong foundation in design principles and patterns.
Proficiency in accurately estimating software development timelines, closely aligning with actual project deliverables.

Lead a team of frontend developers
Collaborate with team members and clients to produce the best solution given a set of technical and business requirements
Employ modern development standards and practices with today's tools and frameworks to develop software applications that surprise and delight
Contribute to the production of client deliverables such as detailed design documentation, test plans, and well-documented code
Foster trusted partnerships with coworkers and clients
Produce working prototypes that explore new approaches to UI design and delight customers
Develop tested and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS(SASS/LESS)
Create high performance applications for mobile and desktop with cross-browser compatible
Maintain a high fidelity to branding requirements
Ensure that the integrity of design and user experience standards are held throughout development
Maintain positive and productive working relationships with stakeholders, peers, and leadership
What We'd Love to See
Proven work experience as a frontend developer
Hands on experience with markup languages
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; TypeScript preferred
Experience with React preferred. Vue, Angular, or other front-end frameworks are a bonus.
Proficient with Git
Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
Understanding of layout aesthetics
Knowledge of SEO principles
Familiarity with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and content management systems
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
Fluent ability to speak, read, and write English language
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
Nice to have
Experience building 3D animations with and WebGL
