• Help in sourcing offices or shared offices as per the requirement
• Develop, implement, and improve office policies and procedures/ operations in ways that optimize procedures, organize and coordinate team in everyday tasks
• Partner with Technical Services to maintain the office conditions and coordinate necessary repairs
• Partner with Travel to manage accommodation availability and coordinate guest arrivals and departures
• Partner with POP to update and maintain office policies as necessary
• Partner with IT Tech on all office equipment
• Manage to order stationery, office equipment, and representation packages / gifts
• Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Manages, maintains, and updates departmental record and tracking systems; enters and updates information with departmental activity and report summaries; retrieves information from computer application systems.
• Provide general support to visitors. Serve as point-person for visiting groups, committees, organizationalconsultants, etc
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires (contract signings, equipment takeover, etc)
• Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
• Address employees' queries regarding office management issues ( stationery, repairs, etc.)
