We are seeking a highly motivated Guest Experience Manager to join our team in a fully remote position. This is an exciting opportunity for a service-driven professional with strong communication skills and experience within guest services, relocation, or fast-paced customer service environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their temporary accommodation stay.
• Manage and resolve guest-reported maintenance and service issues promptly and professionally.
• Process client extension requests accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in guest services, relocation, corporate housing, hotel/hospitality or related customer service roles is desirable
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while working independently in a remote setting
