Software Engineer - Maringá - Fraud Deflect

Job Role:

As a Mid-Level Software Engineer at Fraud Deflect, you will be responsible for migrating backend and integration code from PHP/JavaScript into Python services.

• Migrate existing functionality into Python services while maintaining behavior, improving structure, and adding tests.
• Implement business logic with solid programming fundamentals using Python.
• Write and maintain SQL queries for data access, reporting, validations using your knowledge of database schemas.

We are looking for a team player who is comfortable using Linux servers for connections and executions via SSH along with basic troubleshooting skills. A strong understanding of APIs/integrations would also be beneficial but not required if you have experience working with orchestrators like Airflow or Prefect/Dagster.
