We are seeking a seasoned Career Advocate to join our team. As a Career Advocate, you will play a crucial role in building long-term relationships with clients and driving revenue growth within existing client accounts.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience working in client success, account management, or similar roles, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

You will be responsible for developing strong client relationships built on trust, advocacy, and high responsiveness. This includes serving as the primary owner of account growth plans, identifying and closing new sales opportunities within existing accounts, planning and executing successful client retention programs, reviewing and submitting candidates for open jobs, coordinating interviews and gathering feedback from various teams such as Account Management & People Success (Recruiting), conducting onboarding sessions & periodic health checks ensuring new resources onboard successfully, …
