- Gerenciar a criação e desenvolvimento de Planos Estratégicos ou Táticos de Conteúdo e Marketing de Influência, alinhados aos objetivos das marcas ou agências;
- Liderar a definição de metas relevantes de marketing de influência com base nas demandas do mercado e/ou nos objetivos específicos do negócio;
- Supervisionar a concepção e implementação de ideias e ações com influenciadores;
- Desenvolver métodos e estratégias para criação de conteúdo de marca com influenciadores;
- Coordenar pesquisas de novos formatos, linguagens e tendências de ações com marcas e influenciadores, garantindo que as estratégias sejam inovadoras e atuais;
- Colaborar com a equipe de análise de dados para embasar os planos em informações concretas; liderar revisões quando necessário;
- Orientar as equipes, estabelecer padrões de qualidade e capacitá-las para atingir os objetivos de negócio;
- Gerenciar processos internos, agendas e interações com equipes externas;
- Identificar oportunidades de negócio e compartilhar ideias com a Direção, incluindo a criação de novos produtos e conceitos;
- Desenvolver habilidades para liderar a equipe com excelência técnica e profissional;
- Fortalecer a cultura da empresa e promover a colaboração entre as equipes;
- Apoiar a implementação de novas ferramentas e tecnologias;
- Realizar apresentações gerenciais e conduzir reuniões de planejamento estratégico.
