    About The Role

    Cubbo is on a mission to become the #1 eCommerce fulfillment platform in Latin America. We are a technology-based startup, which started operations in early 2021, currently we operate in two countries: México and Brazil. We're building the largest urban warehouse fulfillment network throughout LatAm, which allows us to be the only solution in the region to be able to do same-day fulfillment. Cubbo's software is fully integrated with e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, V-TEX, Mercado Libre and many more.

    As the General Manager - Brazil, you will manage the growth strategy of our e-commerce fulfillment solution in the country, be responsible for co-developing and motivating a high-performing sales and operations team, and build a strong network with internal and external stakeholders to develop customer acquisition and expansion strategies.

    We are looking for an experienced business leader with a demonstrated track record of leading matrixed teams and exceeding sales targets. To be successful in the role, we need a motivated self-starter with an engaging personality and strategic mindset who thrives in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.

    What You'll Do

    As a key part of the Latam leadership team, you will:

    • Develop overall Brazil strategy and run quantitative assessments on the region to generate deep actionable insights
    • Collaborate with the country manager of Brazil and the CEO to build go-to-market processes, establish performance KPIs, and drive org effectiveness
    • Work closely with local operations and marketing teams to ensure successful implementation of strategies and deploy resources to build Cubbo's e-commerce fulfillment solution in a number of locations
    • Interface with clients and potential customers to help close key deals
    • Work closely in a matrixed environment with local operations, BD, marketing, strategy, analytics, design, engineering, finance and other senior leaders in the region and at HQ to set strategy and drive execution
    • Execute in short-term sprints while setting and maintaining a long-term vision.

    Basic Qualifications

    • 10+ years experience managing both sales and operational teams
    • 5+ years experience in e-commerce
    • Exceptional business judgment and critical thinking skills with the ability to use data to quickly establish high-value priorities and strategies to pursue them
    • Experience working effectively with internal and external stakeholders in an ever-changing, rapid-growth environment
    • A portfolio of achievement growing a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets, business objectives, and larger company goals
    • Enthusiastic and motivational leadership established through persuasion - leading by example for staff, peers, and senior leaders across all company functions
    • Experience managing both sales and operational teams in different countries.

    Where you'll work

    We are a remote-first company, but the perfect candidate will live in the São Paulo area, as you'll be expected to come into the warehouse occasionally to spend time with and to collaborate with the team.
