As an Architect / Tech Lead, you'll be instrumental in shaping our advanced design system, taking charge of defining, constructing, and maintaining web components using cutting-edge technologies such as Typescript, StencilJS, SCSS, and more. Your expertise will ensure our design system remains innovative, scalable, and user-friendly across various frameworks like Vanilla JS, React, Angular, and Vue.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Definitions: Craft and furnish technical definitions for both new and existing web components, supporting consumers across Angular, React, Vue, and Vanilla
• Bug Analysis: Assess bug reports from development and QA teams, providing high-level technical solutions to address these issues
• Technical Documentation: Generate technical definition documents post-reviewing component code, ensuring alignment with our system's standards and best practices
• External Source Analysis: Formulate technical definitions based on external component definitions or documentation
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and product managers to ensure the design system aligns with design and business objectives
• Mentorship: Offer guidance to junior developers, aiding with code reviews, and promoting best practices within the team
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in front-end development to ensure our design system remains current and competitive
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proficiency in Typescript, StencilJS, HTML, JavaScript, SCSS, Jest, and Storybook
• Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with React, Angular, and Vue frameworks
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Ability to translate high-level requirements into actionable technical definitions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for both Technical and Non-Technical audiences
• Team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for mentoring
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in working with large-scale design systems
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices
• Previous experience in a leadership role or leading technical teams
