    The RoleReporting to the Service Director, the role is primarily responsible for planning and executing G&G data analytic strategy.

    In addition, responsible for all technical aspects in proposal generation and documentation of the projects cycle, as well as helping to ensure customer satisfaction.

    The role will be an essential part of the grow strategy in the organization at Aspentech SSE and a key player in the development of the pre-sales activities in Data ManagementYour ImpactData specialist and project leader.

    The main tasks include identifying gaps, establishing a strategy to improve the technical capabilities of the team, generating a business plan to justify new resources and discussing the objectives.

    Identify opportunities and develop proposals together with the client. Search, uncover, understand and analyze client/prospect needs and requirements to grow.

    Supports clients locally or remotely by working on highly complex issues, properly using all internal company procedures and systems for support, tracking and reporting, escalating issues of greater complexity to completion of the task with customer satisfaction.

    May work with senior team members to solve or solve some advanced problems independently.

    Meets regularly with users who are decision makers or who have high influence and communicates findings to account manager in order to drive adoption of solutions within strategic accounts from departmental to enterprise.

    Delivers monthly activity report including list of users contacted and actively monitors adherence to contractual obligations including billing and communicates potential gaps to management.

    Delivers accurate and timely forecast reports.
    Delivers - 2 mentoring sessions per month to junior staff on how to improve knowledge base contributions. Contributions meet reuse standards. Contributes to or delivers at least one technical development short program per month. Serves as subject matter expert to support design, development, and delivery training.

    Prepare and provide input for technical sessionsSeen as a trusted technical advisor to our clients, capable of providing advanced workflowsEngages with PM and R&D to share feedback from clients and follows-up effectivelyWhat You'll NeedBS in Information Technology Computer Science, geoscience or equivalent and 8 years minimum experience.

    Desirable experience in EposGenerally, 8-12 years' experience with Geodata software.

    Experience in data science and dashboard creationScripting skills is a plusMay work onsite at customers and may be required some travel.

    Advanced skills in English and desirable intermediate skills in a third regional language.

    Background in working across discipline to ensure a better interpretation of the data through integrated workflowsExperience with data management and quality control.

    Knowledge of Linux and windows operating systems.
    Good presentation skills.
    Proactive, open to takes initiative.
    Work independently or as part of a team when required / needed.
    Able to work in a multicultural business environment.
