The scope of responsibilities includes all FP&A planning, analysis & reporting to complete financial goals and initiatives to support a growing organization.

• Support the preparation of annual strategic plan, annual operating plan and monthly / quarterly forecasts
• Perform monthly results analysis (actual x plan),
• Develop, standardize, and improve regular analyses and reports to share business and financial insights
• Collaborate with business partners to generate key assumptions and drivers for decision support
• Translate business inputs into financial assumptions, build and maintain forecast models to project future business trends, results, etc. covering areas including revenue, pricing, operating expense, CAPEX etc.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Economics / Accounting / Engineering or related
  Experience and Skills:
• Proven experience in financial roles (Accounting, Financial Planning or Business Controlling)
• Proficient English / Spanish will be a plus
• Advanced Microsoft office (Excel and PowerPoint)
