    Team Overview and Job responsibilities

    We are looking for a Project Specialist to join our team.

    Based in Cariacica, Brazil, reporting Coordinator project (Engineering), you will participate daily in technical & administrative activities in accordance with established policies, guidelines, strategies and legislation. You will focus on the following activities:

  • Project leader for the engineering.
  • Plan, study and develop projects for umbilical products and accessories.
  • Define, with internal and external customers, data and technical information.
  • Advise on the practical application of the results of research and development work.
  • participation in the meeting with the Prysmian team.
  • participation in the meeting with the Customer.
  • create general arrangement.
  • To read international standards (English).
  • To read customer drawings and specifications (usually in English).
  • Use company software such as SAP, CA, Ansys, Uflex and Orcaflex;
  • Cooperation with team to review documents.

    • Who are we looking for?

    We are looking for a professional with the following skills and motivations:

  • Mechanical Engineer.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project engineering activities related to Oil&Gas industry
  • Advanced knowledge of offshore equipment.
  • Good communication skills;
  • Have initiative to improve and mitigate risks;
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship;
  • Has interest in Technical and Administrative works;
  • Good knowledge in Office pack (mainly Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint);
  • Good knowledge in AutoCAD;
  • Good knowledge in mechanical manufacturing process (turning, milling, welding and extrusion);
  • Advanced English;
  • Programming knowledge will be considered as a differential;
  • Teamwork attitude;
  • Hands-on attitude;
