We are seeking a creative,Talented,and data-driven individual with 3-8 years of recruitment experience , preferably in finance or accounting,to help grow our talent network from hundreds today to millions tomorrow.We're building scalable ways of sourcing&vetting exceptional professionals across LATAM/APAC/other regions,in close partnership with our engineering team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to impact business growth, directly influence process development ,and thrive in dynamic environments while owning meaningful projects.
    Key Responsibilities:
    •Lead End-to-End Talent Acquisition:

      ∗ Recruit best-in-class financial/professional experts globally- targeting both active/passive candidates- -and onboard them into MAVI's ecosystem.1) Explore,support/refine multiple channels&nbpsfor strategic/tacticaltalent outreach/targeting(including social media).
