Delivery Station Manager

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Station Manager to join our Amazon Logistics team in Sao Paulo - SP.

As a Delivery Station Manager, you will be responsible for delivering inspiring leadership to your teams, while also rolling up your sleeves and getting involved whenever necessary.

You will directly manage a team of Shift Managers and their direct reports, reporting to the Senior Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining Health and Safety standards within your remit area.
• Becoming proficient on specific processes and activities within Delivery Stations, such as 5S audits.
• Handling meaningful data collection, updating operations metrics on an hourly basis.
• Aiming to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors and ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Partnering closely with other support teams on staffing plans, schedules and performance levels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Employee and performance management experience.
• Previous experience in leading large, diverse teams.
• Expertise in two or more production or supply chain areas.
• Ability to organize details, establish and carry out root cause analysis.
• Advanced level in Excel.
• Fluent Portuguese and advanced English.

Estimated Salary: R$ 8,500 - R$ 11,000 per month
