Why is Demand Generation Lead important at Infobip?
The Demand Generation Lead is a key member of the AMERICAS Marketing team and they will be responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of all Inbound Lead generation programs that drive pipeline revenue generation in order to meet regional targets across all customer segments and through all stages of the buyers’ journey: from Awareness, Acquisition and Adoption, to Revenue, Retention and Referral. The Demand Generation Heads is the single point of contact for all Digital Marketing demand generation activities, goals and KPI's targets in the Latam Region.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing Americas, this position will lead a team of marketers and or agency partners to drive integrated marketing campaigns & initiatives across multiple channels including: Digital advertising, Social media, webinars and virtual events, email marketing automation, content development and content syndication.
What will you get to do: Lead the demand generation function for Infobip LATAM, including development and execution of strategies for multiple customer segments to drive market awareness, educate and capture buyers’ interest, and ultimately build pipeline across prospects and customers. Build, scale, and optimize digital marketing channels including but not limited to SEO, SEM, Facebook, LinkedIn and more. Test, analyze, and scale experiments to improve key metrics across channels (e.g., landing pages, ad copy, creative, etc.). Evaluate and track key success metrics across digital marketing channels (e.g., performance, ROI, etc.). Work closely with product marketing, growth, brand, customer and partnership marketing to develop and determine which content assets are produced and promoted to whom, when, and at what cadence to target specific buying personas. Partner with the Regional sales teams with account-based marketing activities to build a demand generation plan that engages and nurtures target accounts and those within our ideal customer profile. Drive new levels of cross-channel and integrated marketing campaigns and ensure INFOBIP's marketing activities are aligned and planned and calendarized to reach monthly SQL and MQL targets. Integrate with the entire marketing and sales process as a key team-member, from acquisition to deal close, so that you can improve pipeline growth and velocity across the entire funnel in partnership with the sales and revenue operations team. Leverage data to make intelligent, informed recommendations, decisions, and forecasts for our demand generation tactics, tiered accounts, and paid investments. Manage the demand generation budget and spend and ensure key deliverables from all related third-party providers, including agencies, freelancers and outsourced providers.
About you: Progressive solid experience in a Senior digital marketing roles with responsibilities for growth marketing or performance revenue management. IT and or B2B SaaS experience is a plus. P&L experience a plus. You Have University background in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Public Relations, MBA preferred. Capacity to act autonomously in a fast-paced environment yet also able to develop a strong sense of work culture and network in a hyper-growth environment. Outstanding communication and presentation skills; equally comfortable speaking in front of large audiences as with intimate groups. Expert in digital marketing and a keen understanding how to leverage and develop content in engaging customers across every stage of their journey to increase conversion. Highly comfortable and with hand on experience implementing campaigns on the main digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, Facebook ads) to achieve required digital performance results. Ability to run campaigns in Two languages Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus. Creative thinker and problem solver and ability to stretch resources to reach key KPI's.
