Implement product marketing strategies in assigned area to meet business objectives and in line with global product strategy. Implement all marketing activities, and support Sales organization in driving sales and services of respective products.

Your responsibilities

  • Strategy: Implements the local go-to–market product marketing strategy, including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
  • Targets: Achieves product marketing targets and budgets through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed.
  • Business Plans: Executes annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Business Units/Product Groups. Prepares business plans focused on business development for a defined market.
  • Analysis: Coordinates market analyses with Sales team members and defines appropriate forecasts and plans. Evaluates and shares customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Sales: Oversees sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to Sales team(s).
  • Training: Drives sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for each Sales person. Facilitates know-how sharing and rosscollaboration.

    • Your background

  • Bacharel in Electrical Engineering.
  • Area of ​​its business segment (Safety).
  • Knowledge of national and international logistics, modalities and taxation. Distribution cost and Margin.
  • Notions of Legislation and Consumer Protection Code (according to the product line under your responsibility).
  • Experience to develop market analysis - history, trends and behavior.
  • Commercial lectures and presentations to customers (and technical information on products / services / systems).
  • Knowledge of regulatory standard NR12
  • Knowledge of technical safety standards for machines, mainly: ABNT NBR 14153 (cat security categories); ABNT NBR ISO 13849-1: 2019
  • Experience of application of projects with maximum level of security Cat4 and PLe
  • Modeling experience of safety projects with voltage and frequency signals (OSSD, dynamic)
  • Basic knowledge of safety PLC programming (ladder)
  • Knowledge of smart start applications
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Profibus, Ethernet IP, Modbus and etc.)
  • Fluent Portuguese
  • Advanced English
