The strength of our Centers of Expertise (CoE), as part of Customer Success, is to provide techno functional experts to analyze complex landscapes for our Premium Engagement customers.

As a support engineer, you will work in the Center of Expertise (CoE) in LAC with focus in SAP S/4HANA Logistics (mainly submodules like PM, PS or MM) or SAP TM (Transportation Management) or SAP IBP and deliver services for every phase of the project that include architecture evaluation, assessment of implementation, performance critical processes and monitoring during testing and GoLive.

The candidate must have the ability to navigate into functional aspects like BBP review, Best Practices activation, configuration, etc, but also needs to be able to jump into root cause analysis when a customer is facing performance issues where a technical mindset is highly desired.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Required knowledge of: SAP ECC or S/4HANA Logistics modules like: Plant Maintenance with knowledge in Intelligent Asset Management Project System Material Management with focus on Procurement and Integration with Ariba. Or SAP Transportation Management Or SAP IBP (Source and Supply)
  • Knowledge in ABAP / JAVA development with skills for debugging and tracing or the desire to be trained on these topics.
  • At least 3 full implementations of the mentioned S/4HANA Modules or SAP Transportation Management or SAP IBP
  • Well-developed customer focus and problem solving
  • Good presentation and communication skills for customer facing activities
  • Availability to travel (when restrictions end)

    • EDUCATION
    Bachelor in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Industrial or similar

  • LANGUAGE SKILLS

    Portuguese – Fluent in both spoken and written (Mandatory)
    English – Proficient in both spoken and written (Mandatory)

    Spanish – Good and effective in spoken Spanish (Optional)
