About The Team And The Opportunity The Growth Operations team of VTEX was born with the purpose of supporting the Growth team in order to provide indicators that help the area achieve its goals and objectives.


  • Automate the processes related to the area;
  • Perform monthly management reports and analysis from Customer Experience & Partner/Network teams;
  • Constant interaction with Heads of Customer Experience & Partner/Network from Latin America, United States and Europe.
  • Create and update dashboards with Customer Experience & Partner/Network indicators;
  • Analyze costs of Customer Experience & Partner/Network teams;
  • Assist in the structuring, planning and development of activities in the Customer Experience Operations and Partner/Network operations area.
  • We Want Someone Who Has

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related areas;
  • Adequate communication skills: mandatory to be fluent in Portuguese and English;
  • Analytical and data mindset, working closely with cross-functional Customer Experience & Partner/Network teams to track, measure, and report against goals and objectives;
  • Facility of learning and adaptation;
  • Interest and ease to learn new tools or languages if necessary;
  • Not Mandatory, But Could a Differential

  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Power bi;
  • Experience in eCommerce, Tech Industry and/or Customer Experience.;
  • Spanish Fluent Speaker.
