You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Business Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

What you need to know about this position:
Responsible for activities related to employee and labor relations, such as: Satisfactions, Dissatisfactions, Collective Agreement ́s, CIPA, Integrated Communication, Labor "Golden" Rules, this position also includes dashboard management (People Team KPIs) and legal / labor issues. The employee will have to act as a partner, focusing on provide the best Employee Experience in each core process, impacting the engagement and building an excellent place to work, moving the organization to a protagonist and high performance culture.
'Constant focus on Relations Experience core processes with zero losses mindset and continuous improvement culture;
Map and dealing with dissatisfactions identified in many formal and informal foruns;
Provide training sessions of Labor Relations with new leaders;
Constant governance of labor golden rules;
Responsible for managing disciplinary actions;
Absenteeism (KPIs), ensuring accuracy of data and establishing action plans for indices with low performance;
Management of collective and individual agreements established for the plant;
Member of Labor relations Committee meetings;
Responsible for lead surveys to define core workers holidays and changes in the annual calendar;
Compliance cases following up, with ER team;
Support on collective vacation;
Support GR (food providor) to identify numbers of meals for the next periods;
Support on Year End Celebrations and "Deixando Marcas" celebration;
