Overview of the role Reporting to the Global Manager of Research Operations, and being part of the Global Research Operations Team, you will be tasked with the recruitment, management, training and development of Euromonitor's Extended workforce In-Country analysts, Expert panel, Vendors within the Americas region, primarily supporting colleagues in our São Paulo, Santiago and Chicago offices but also contributing to initiatives across our global offices London, Dusseldorf, Vilnius, Dubai, Cape Town, Bangalore, Shanghai, Singapore, Seoul, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Sydney . Euromonitor s research methodology is based on the understanding that the best research is carried out as close to the source as possible and to gain best access to local information we employ contract analysts freelance across our research markets. These In-country analysts form a key and integral part of Euromonitor s global research operations. The Research Operations Team oversees In-country Analysts freelancers full life cycle at Euromonitor and the management of Euromonitor's Expert Panel. This includes recruitment, contracting, onboarding and compensation of freelancers and experts, as well as pertinent training, development and evaluation processes for freelancers and internal research team members. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Ensure we can meet all analyst s recruitment needs across the region, working closely with the global team, leveraging best recruitment sources for each country To filter incoming CVs from applications or referrals , evaluate and test potential of candidates prior to their employment, adequately tracking all candidates processes in our applicant tracking software Ensure proper onboarding of all new In-country analysts by obtaining all necessary documentation and providing them with our Welcome Package, requesting their EMI-U account creation and Freelancer Management system log-in. Support with recruitment of experts for Euromonitor's Expert Panel Training Coordinate periodical remote live training sessions and support other analyst training initiatives and tools, such as, Euromonitor University or potential training gaps studies Support other analyst training initiatives and tools, such as, Euromonitor University or potential training gaps studies To gather and analyse feedback from In-Country Analysts and Project Managers to improve training curriculums for our internal team and external contributors To participate in the creation or in managing the creation of new training content to keep deepening the pool in terms of expertise Management To ensure that In-Country Analysts are used most effectively in terms of their skill set and industry expertise Run compensation benchmarks, monitoring and providing feedback on country fees Requirements Minimum requirements Experience interviewing and or recruiting Experience with Project Management Languages Fluency in English as well as in Spanish and or Portuguese Good Microsoft Office skills PowerPoint, Word, Excel BA BsC with at least 3 years of experience Other desired knowledge and or skills Proven training, research and or consulting experience Experience with software as a service including MS Teams, Sharepoint, Onedrive.
