Support the Distribution Department in results-oriented marketing strategies executing and monitoring acquisition and retention efforts with focus on business growth. Monitoring and management of agencies in order to execute campaigns and activities build concepts and approve creatives, follow-up KPIs and placement, working alongside with other areas of the company, and also budget control and financial & legal process of the area for TVOD Local partners and others new digital partners.
Planning and Implementation acquisition and retention efforts with the new digital partners.
Responsible for execution and monitoring the campaigns and activities in partnership with the distributors.
Analyse the performance of the campaigns and activities.
Budget control and financial & legal process of the area.
Monitoring of the digital partners annual budget to make sure that the activities carried out are aligned with the amount approved and if being spend as is proposed.
Monthly follow-up of expenses from affiliate marketing team and interface with financial team in order to send the cash-flow and organize the payments.
Billing between agencies looking for the best projects and costs.
Responsible for contracts and SOWs with agencies, as well as Concur process including open the Purchase Order and input of the invoices later on.
Development of presentations and analyses.
Create, feed and analyse sales reports and marketing actions reports.
