    About the Role

    As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key part in expanding our US operations by identifying and recruiting top talent for various SaaS sales roles.

    • This is an opportunity to work with some of the fastest-growing startups in the US, backed by prominent venture capital firms.

    Your Responsibilities

    You will be responsible for:

    • Owning end-to-end recruitment processes for US-based SaaS sales roles;
    • Running client briefs, challenging assumptions and advising founders on their hiring needs;
    • Sourcing and closing senior candidates in competitive markets;
    • < li > Building long-term talent pools and trusted relationships with clients. < hr /> < h 2 > Requirements < p > To succeed in this role , you must have : < ul style = ' list - style - type : disc ' >< li > At least three years of agency recruitment experience ; not the same as Talent Acquisition . This implies that your previous experience should come from working within an external recruitment agency , rather than being employed directly by a company itself .
