    Brazil, Rio de Janeiro- Hybrid- Full-time- Middle- We keep growing in Brazil, and right now we're looking for a professional who will join our Business Development team This professional will be responsible for improving business performance aiming regional growth


    Responsibilities:


    What will you do:

    • Daily track of main business KPIs: identifying gaps/increases, generating insights/hypotheses & testing them aiming to improve general business performance
    • Being responsible for the regional business growth considering two main KPIs: number of rides and revenues.
    • Gather and analyze data using: Google Spreadsheets, tableau, swrve, and Data Studio

    Qualifications:


    What we expect from you:

    • Analytical mindset, experience in working and analyzing data
    • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
    • Fluent English
    • Experience in CustDev marketing research and field surveys
    • Well-structured approach to problem-solving, ability to generate hypotheses and test them quickly.
    • Goal-oriented, proactive with solid communication skills, and very self-dependent.
    • Knowledge and experience in project management, business development, and/or product development
    • Ability to conduct MVP
    • Readiness for business trips inside the country (20-25%) and overseas (rarely)
    • Experience in aggregators or marketplaces (B2C and B2B) will be a strong advantage.
