This role will report directly to the BT Transformation & Program Management Sr. Manager . This role will enable successful partnering with the Business Technology Leadership Team and BT Services and Planning team to support the implementation of a new organization and operating model, implement a knowledge management strategy and training plan to ensure all employees are skilled, empowered, and accountable for BT's data and digital transformation. Essential Functions Serving as support to BT's organization and operating model transformation. Contributing to the implementation of a Knowledge Management strategy that creates a culture of knowledge sharing and ensures that institutional knowledge is captured, shared, and rewarded to enable BT to scale. Supporting the long-term operation and success of the knowledge management program. Supporting collaboration with leaders across the Business Technology organization to create seamless transition plans to BT's new operating model.
