    What you'll do:

    Job Summary

    • Assistente de Planejamento de Serviços e Atendimento ao cliente;
    • Atendimento aos clientes internos e externos, planejamento dos Serviços nos segmentos ES Brasil; e
    • Gestão do Backlog de Manutenções Preventivas – Anual.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Planejar as manutenções preventivas dos segmentos: ES Brasil;
    • Manter 100% atualizado o cronograma dos serviços de manutenção preventiva dos clientes;
    • Atendimento aos clientes internos e externos, analisar os problemas relatados e resolve-los;
    • Abertura de OS (Ordem de Serviço no Sistema), garantir o alinhamento dos serviços programados com os clientes e técnicos;
    • Planejamento Diário, Semanal, Mensal e Anual das manutenções no SCUA;
    • Auxiliar na análise do nível de utilização dos técnicos.

    Qualifications:

    Mandatórias:

    • Experiência com planejamento de serviços e atendimento a cliente
    • Educação mínima: Técnico completo ou cursando superior administração, engenharia e cursos correlatos
    • Pacote Office intermediário
    • Excel intermediário - gráficos elaborados, procov, e tabela dinâmica

    Desejável:

    • Power Bi

    Skills:

    Proativo, Hands On, Accountability com foco em resolução dos problemas, Habilidade para trabalhar sob pressão, Ter bom relacionamento com as demais áreas da empresa. Foco no cliente e resultados
