    Job Description:



    The ideal candidate will provide aftersales support for Brazil, working from home. He/she is responsible for providing remote support, technical training for partners and on-site service when necessary.



    Required Skills and Qualifications:


    • Intermediate Chinese speaking and writing skills;

    • Technical degree in electricity or comparable field;

    • Advanced knowledge of PV Inverters (on-grid and storage);

    • At least 1 year of experience with PV inverters;

    • Brazilian regulation knowledge;

      • bsp;
