    Kenvue Supply Chain Finance is recruiting for Senior Financial Analysts in São José dos Campos, Brazil.

    The Supply Chain Finance team manages the financial aspects of a company's supply chain, including sourcing, production, and delivery of products or services to customers. They are involved in cost management, risk mitigation, and performance optimization across the supply chain. Supply chain finance professionals collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure financial considerations are integrated into decision-making processes. They analyze data, report on supply chain performance metrics, develop financial strategies, and implement cost-saving plans. The role of a Senior Financial Analyst involves developing and implementing financial strategies to optimize supply chain performance, manage costs, risks, and efficiency effectively. This position requires effective communication, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills to drive business growth.

    What You Will Do

    • The Sr. Financial Analyst may be responsible for the following:
    • Performing monthly and quarterly close activities
    • Leading financial forecasting and ensuring a clear understanding of results vs. the plan
    • Identifying cost-saving opportunities and developing plans to realize them in collaboration with stakeholders
    • Influencing financial strategies to optimize supply chain performance
    • Providing financial performance insights to finance leadership
    • Identifying areas for process improvement across the supply chain
    • Analyzing and reporting on supply chain performance metrics
    • Ensuring financial processes comply with regulations and accounting standards
    • Collaborating with other departments to integrate financial considerations into supply chain decision-making processes

    Qualifications

    What We Are Looking For

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, Engineering, or Business Management
    • 4-6 years of experience
    • Experience in cost and inventory accounting
    • Strong financial modeling skills
    • Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
    • Ability to recommend and implement process improvements

    Desired Qualifications

    • Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and Business Intelligence Tools
    • Experience as a Finance or business partner
    • Advanced English proficiency preferred (Spanish is a plus)
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Background and experience in compliance
