Responsabilities & function activities Support strategic sourcing projects following Inland Operational Procurement policy.
Determining supply needs and researching potential suppliers.

Selecting qualified vendors and seeking alternative suppliers (when applicable).Support risk management assessment relating to supplier vulnerability, sourcing options, and material availability.

Project management.

Leading vendors negotiations (price, schedules, and terms & conditions).Evaluate and compare vendors quotes, bids and information and make a recommendation based on the findings.

Support opportunity assessments and benchmarking to develop sourcing opportunities.

Review and assist to resolve pricing, quantity and unit of measure issues to ensure payment within terms for all vendors.

Acting as a liaison and communicating pricing and performance needs to vendors and suppliers.
Documenting the sourcing process for audit purposes.
Contribute to the preparation of the annual Inland Operational Procurement strategic plan.
Commit to the execution of the Inland Operational Procurement Strategic Plan.
RequirementsBachelor's degree.
Advanced English.
Intermediate/advanced Spanish.
Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet analysis, through the use of Excel/google sheets.

Strong analytical and conceptual skillsMathematical and reasoning skills required for proper analysis of bids and proposalsExcellent organizational skills including planning, standards of excellence, personal accountability.
