About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager, Protective Wears to join our Mining Crusher Wears Product Line team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for product portfolio management, offering development, participation in new product introduction, and providing technical support for the product portfolio you will manage.

Your role plays a crucial part in driving the success of our protective wears strategy, contributing to the overall growth and innovation of our product line. You will report to the VP Mining Crusher Wears and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance our product offerings and market reach.

Your Responsibilities

• Product management responsibility for the protective wears
• Create protective wears portfolio strategy
• Give technical and commercial support for your products
• Collect market intelligence
• Coordinate and give trainings
• Support in tasks related to availability management and inventory
• Lead service concept development in close cooperation with relevant key stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in Mining business and/or Aggregates business
• Knowledge about crushers and crusher wears
• Enthusiastic about generating customer value
• An excellent technical and commercial understanding with the ability to continuously improve solutions
• Product management experience and responsibility previously, or you may come from a specialist role into this position, a hands-on approach is crucial
• Good communication and negotiation skills, able to present and convince customers and stakeholders
• High ambition for business development
• Full working proficiency in English, both spoken and written; other language skills are seen as a benefit

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
