**Job Title:** HR Manager

TurnKey is a leading offshore tech staffing firm, and we are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our LATAM team. As the first point of contact for employees and clients, you will provide essential human resources support, execute people initiatives, and drive functional excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with various HR tasks such as driving HR initiatives, providing expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.


• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers in building and optimizing HR functions within their teams.


• Coordinate day-to-day employee life cycle functions including on-boarding/off-boarding/adaptation/orientation programs.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in human resources functions with excellent interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred along with fluency in English.
