    Job Description:

    The Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible to lead the design, development, and delivery. Product/Process convergence. Coordinate the technical core team's activity and identify roadblocks. Follow-up and finalize KPI and if needed further escalation to Technical Delivery Project Manager. Prepare and coordinate the Change Management meeting across multi-sites by sharing with the dedicated sites the modifications requested.​

    Contribute to the quality convergence by synchronizing the part modifications with the project schedule planning. Change Management information. Support defects solving coordination. Coordinate the vehicle rework during the project.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Deliver the end-to-end technical component solution by coordinating with all the domain engineers and supplier teams. ​
    • Deliver validated component meeting all performance objectives..​
    • Meet timing and cost objectives. ​
    • Lead decision and component change process. ​
    • Escalate technical conflicts within the component to all decision makers and drive the decision. ​
    • Manage the technical composition and configuration/complexity of the component. Manage supplier relationships.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience​
    • Extensive professional experience​.
    • Previous experience with electronic component design for automotive​
    • Previous project management experience with on-time and on-budget delivery responsibility​
    • System Engineering experience at sub-system bench level and vehicle level system engineering​
    • Must be a highly motivated, detail oriented, and a self-directed process thinker​
    • Ability to work in a globally-distributed team across multiple time zones.​
    • Ability to interface with all levels of management.​
    • Be goal-oriented in the achievement of project results ​
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ​
    • English Language – Fluent​
    • Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams – Proficient​
    • Agile Development Process – Beginner

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree and specialization in Infotainment HPC's.​
    • Strong multi-tasking capabilities in a cross functional setting​
    • Excellent problem solving and communication skills both oral and written​
    • Ability to interact with business partners and service providers at multiple levels​
    • Ability to create clear and simple presentations for review with multiple levels of management​
    • Proven organization skills​
    • Full Program Life-cycle Experience​
    • Stellantis PDP understanding​
    • Launch experience a plus​
    • Manufacturing process fundamentals understanding​
    • Ability to quickly learn use of proprietary Stellantis software.
