Job Title: Corporate Formation Specialist
We're seeking an experienced corporate formation specialist to join our team. As a legal architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient systems for company formations.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of US corporate law and experience with entity formations, including LLCs and C-Corps. You should be familiar with Delaware and Wyoming state filing processes, EIN applications, BOI reporting requirements, registered agent services, operating agreements, bylaws, and post-formation compliance.
